• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and surrounding perimeter.
• Document incidents, observations, and shift activities clearly for site records.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, issue access badges as authorized, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building entrances, common areas, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Support a professional commercial real estate environment by communicating clearly with site contacts and documenting incidents, observations, and shift activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
