Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Officer (Patrol Driver) in Charleston, SC. You will perform unarmed patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and provide excellent customer service at a retail location.

Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check and drug screen, and a HS diploma. Schedule is part time and pay rate is $16.00/hour with shift options through Aus platform for flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• As a condition of employment, background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen may be required; licensing may apply for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding areas.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report observations to store leadership.
• Assist with access control and maintaining a professional presence.
