Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required under Allied Universal policy.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents and customer concerns.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the location.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report observations.
• Assist with access control and maintaining a professional presence.
