Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation and drug screen as conditions of employment.
• Licensing requirements as per state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to deter incidents and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized access and theft.
• Document observations and communicate information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
