Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Part Time Patrol Driver in Charleston, SC. You will perform unarmed patrols, provide customer service, and support access control at a retail location while adhering to company policies.

This position offers a flexible part-time schedule and requires a valid driver’s license. A background check and drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Must be able to use a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas and entrances.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report observations to store leadership or supervision.
• Assist with access control and maintaining a professional presence to deter unwanted activity.
