Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by following security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, exterior grounds, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access by verifying credentials and documenting entry activity according to site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents and patrol activities using required systems.
