Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Patrol Driver at a technology location in Culver City, CA. You will provide security services, monitor entrances, and drive to patrol assigned sites while maintaining a professional customer-facing presence.

This role offers flexible daytime shifts, a pay rate of $21.00 per hour, and opportunities to grow within a leading North American security services company.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as required, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site requirements.
