Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and guests at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with orderly flow of personnel, escalate concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents calmly, follow reporting and communication protocols.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports and communicate observations to leadership and client representatives.
