Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer (Patrol Driver) in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves unarmed vehicle and foot patrols, customer service to tenants, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter incidents.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Monitor access points and observe activity; report concerns and maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation per site requirements.
