Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and employees by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas and parking.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to site procedures.
• Help deter unauthorized activity through professional presence and timely communication.
