Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Security license preferred (state/county/city issued).
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and report maintenance or security concerns to site management.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift handoffs per site procedures.
