Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to the property and verify visitor/vendor authorization per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, professional manner and document actions.
• Maintain a professional presence and communicate with property management and leadership.
