Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Reception Support in Quakertown, PA. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings, while serving at a logistics/distribution site and providing front-desk customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements (C123).
• Alarm panel experience is preferred (B202).
• Loss prevention experience preferred (B210).
• Customer service experience preferred (B219).
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screening per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and site policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, verify identifications, issue credentials, and guide guests.
• Monitor facility access, maintain logs, and report unauthorized access or unusual activity.
• Answer calls and assist with inquiries, keeping accurate visitor and incident records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts or emergency responders.
