Allied Universal’s Part Time Enhanced Security Officer role in Quakertown, PA offers flexible hours with a fixed anchor shift and opportunities to pick up additional shifts using our scheduling platform. You will manage front desk responsibilities, visitor access, and customer service at a distribution site.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, with CPR preferred, and a commitment to safety and professional conduct. Earned hours can scale with the shift program and site needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a logistics and distribution location by greeting visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel professionally.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and maintaining accurate entry and departure records.
• Answer phones, direct inquiries, provide site information, and coordinate with appropriate personnel regarding visitor arrivals, deliveries, and access requests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Complete required reports, logs, and documentation related to front‑desk operations, access activity, and security‑related incidents.
