Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional front-desk presence for employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a logistics and distribution location.
• Verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials; maintain visitor logs; issue access badges according to site policies.
• Monitor entry activity and access-control systems; report unusual activity to site leadership.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and directing guests to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures; contact emergency services when appropriate.
