• Alarm panel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming front-desk presence for employees, visitors, drivers and vendors.
• Verify credentials and issue access badges per site policies.
• Monitor entry activity and access-control systems, report issues.
• Deliver customer service and direct guests to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following site procedures and contact leadership when needed.
