Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background checks and drug screening required.
• Licensing as required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and emergency calls; communicate details to security personnel and responders.
• Monitor security systems and document unusual activity per site procedures.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and call records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate timely communications to support operations.
