Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees by following site procedures.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch routine and emergency calls; relay details to security personnel, staff, and responders.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, access-control activity, and communications equipment; document unusual activity.
• Maintain dispatch logs, incident reports, and call records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate timely responses to maintain a professional environment.
