Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Part Time Unarmed Patrol Alarm Triage in Montgomery, AL. You will monitor and safeguard clients across commercial real estate, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and provide professional customer service while coordinating with the team.

The position offers a flexible schedule (DayTime Wed 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM) with a pay rate of $16.30 per hour.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
There are limited on-site facilities at this site.
Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screening as a condition of employment.
Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and report observations.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeters.
Monitor access points and observe activity in accordance with site procedures.
Document patrols and incidents in required reports and communicate information to supervision.
