You will handle checkout, unload trucks, stock merchandise, and support omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS while upholding store standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Handle checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in store recovery, maintain stock, and assist with VOC surveys.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety programs; support shrink and compliance.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
