Michaels in Jackson, TN is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock environment, while participating in BOPIS/SFS processes.

Preferred candidates have retail or customer service experience and can work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

• Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash.
• Engage customers with Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram setup.
• Support store recovery, in-stock conditions, and shrink/safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and promote company standards.
