Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Wisconsin is seeking a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast and accurate checkout. You will help unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms to support a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

You will engage customers with rewards programs and VOC surveys while following SOPs and safety standards. Responsibilities include BOPIS/SFS processing, shrink control, and daily store recovery tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Provide fast and accurate checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Support in-store recovery, SISO, and AD set duties.
• Promote rewards programs, private label cards, and VOC surveys.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; ensure a safe, respectful store environment.
