Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in Houston is seeking a part-time Talent Buyers Administrative Assistant to support the South region team with office and contract administration, and calendar management. The role is based in the 888 Westheimer Rd #120 Houston TX office, up to 25 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Outlook and MS Office, possess strong communication skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Music-industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Outlook and MS Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the music industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with agents and venues to verify availabilities and build a calendar of events.
• Manage internal documentation using booking systems, calendars and ticketing schedules.
• Assist in administration for booking clubs and ballrooms.
• Provide general administrative support and perform diversified administrative duties; prioritize and manage projects with minimal supervision.
• Make travel arrangements and handle expenses.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain organized, with attention to detail.
• Complete other duties as assigned
