Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Talent Buyers on the Indianapolis booking team.
• Maintain detailed trackers to monitor active offers, holds, and deal progression.
• Process venue contracts, artist contracts, co-promote agreements, and COIs.
• Monitor Contracts Tracker to ensure timeliness of deadlines.
• Review offers for accurate expenses and deal points.
• Send out confirmation sheets and help with on-sales information.
• Interface with external industry professionals.
• Compile and maintain digital show folders across internal systems.
• Correspond with third-party venues on calendar availability.
• Prepare pre-settlements and night-of-show settlements (3-5 per month).
• Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as needed.
• Regional travel as necessary.
