Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Washington State driver’s license.
• Five years of experience as a licensed driver.
• Obtain and maintain CPR and first aid qualifications.
• Successfully meet all applicable requirements of WAC 392-144.
• Successful completion of District Training Course for Non-CDL Drivers.

Responsibilities

• Operate school vans and cars safely under all weather conditions.
• Transport students and authorized persons to and from school.
• Assist students entering and exiting vehicles when necessary.
• Maintain updated route sheets and student lists.
• Adhere to district policies, laws, and safety procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Transportation Manager.
