Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible drivers to ensure safe and reliable transportation for students to and from school in Pasadena, CA. The role offers part-time hours around school schedules and paid onboarding with a safety-focused program.

Earn $2,600.00 per month with opportunities for additional route-based pay and referral bonuses. W2 employment and paid training are provided, with summers off depending on route availability.

Qualifications

• You are at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• You have current and valid car insurance and accompanying vehicle registration.
• You have at least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• You own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• You can pass onboarding including FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• You read, write and speak English at a proficient level.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available from MONDAY - FRIDAY, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm on weekdays.
