Job summary

Buckled In in Philadelphia, PA seeks responsible drivers to transport K-12 students to and from school on a part-time basis. The role offers morning and afternoon routes with a W2 employment designation and comprehensive onboarding. Compensation is provided per route and training is paid.

Qualified candidates are 21+ with a valid license, insurance, a clean driving record, and at least three years of driving experience. English proficiency is required and smartphone ownership is expected.

Qualifications

• You are at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• You have current and valid car insurance and accompanying vehicle registration.
• You have at least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• You own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• You can pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• You can read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available MONDAY - FRIDAY, 6:00-9:00 am and 1-4:30 pm on weekdays.
