Job summary

Buckled In is seeking responsible, purpose-driven drivers to transport K-12 students to and from school on a part-time schedule. Earn above-average wages with paid training and access to a 401(k) plan.

You’ll work roughly 20 hours per week during the school year, with routes that offer a supportive team and flexible scheduling. As a driver, you’ll be designated as a W2 employee, receive safety tech in vehicles, and have the potential for referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Have current and valid car insurance and registration.
• At least 3 years of legal driving experience.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and a smartphone.
• Able to pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprinting, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.
• Read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely and reliably to and from school.
• Create a positive, kind, and welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate consistently with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available Monday to Friday, 6:00–9:00 am and 1:00–4:30 pm on weekdays.
