Job summary

Buckled In is urgently hiring drivers to transport K-12 students in Columbus, OH. The role is part-time, offering about 20 hours weekly, with training provided. Compensation is $2,600.00 per month, and the position designates you as a W2 employee, with opportunities for summer routes and referral bonuses.

Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid license, and have a safe driving record. Onboarding includes background checks and a vehicle inspection, with a smartphone and reliable insurance as

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Read/write/speak English proficiently.
• Own a four-door vehicle in good condition and smartphone.
• Pass onboarding including BCI and FBI fingerprints, drug screening, and a 19-point vehicle inspection.

Responsibilities

• Drive K-12 students safely to and from school.
• Create a positive, welcoming environment for children.
• Communicate with parents, caregivers, and school staff.
• Be available Mon-Fri, 6:00-9:00 am and 1:00-4:30 pm on weekdays.
