Job summary

CRAEA - Agency Wide in Cedar Falls, Iowa is seeking a part-time School Technology Specialist I to support the technology infrastructure and educational tools across assigned school(s). Location is Cedar Falls, IA.

Responsibilities include assessing, maintaining, and supporting systems; managing Google Admin Console, MDM, and networking basics; a degree or 2 years' experience required; valid Iowa driver’s license; starting date Aug 10, 2026.

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology or related field or two years of tech support experience.
• Experience with Google Admin Console and multiple OS (Windows/macOS/ChromeOS/iOS).
• Experience with MDM and modern imaging/provisioning (Jamf, Mosyle, Google Zero-Touch).
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP and wireless troubleshooting.
• Valid Iowa driver’s license and ability to meet district requirements.

• Assess, maintain, and support the technology infrastructure and educational tools for assigned school(s).
• Ensure an uninterrupted learning environment through proactive support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with staff to implement and manage educational technology solutions.
