Job summary
Dike-New Hartford Community School District is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to assist with technology operations and event production for district activities and athletics. This is an after-school/evening role with duties across LED/video boards, livestreaming, and event tech support.

Qualifications
- Experience or willingness to learn Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Interest in technology, livestreaming and event production.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work evenings and attend school activities/events as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate and create content for LED/video boards during home events.
- Assist with livestreaming, production software, and troubleshooting technology issues.
- Support track meet scoring and event camera setup/tear down.
- Assist with music playlists and game-day production for varsity football games.
- Operate district drone equipment.
- Provide training and support to staff and students as needed.
- Collaborate with the Activities Director on streaming and event technology systems.
