Job summary

CRAEA - Agency Wide in Cedar Falls, Iowa is seeking a part-time School Technology Specialist I to support the technology infrastructure and educational tools across assigned school(s). Location is Cedar Falls, IA.

Responsibilities include assessing, maintaining, and supporting systems; managing Google Admin Console, MDM, and networking basics; a degree or 2 years' experience required; valid Iowa driver’s license; starting date Aug 10, 2026.

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology or related field or two years of tech support experience.
• Experience with Google Admin Console and multiple OS (Windows/macOS/ChromeOS/iOS).
• Experience with MDM and modern imaging/provisioning (Jamf, Mosyle, Google Zero-Touch).
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP and wireless troubleshooting.
• Valid Iowa driver’s license and ability to meet district requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology or related field and/or two years of experience in computer technology support.
• Experience with Google Admin Console and multiple computer and mobile device operating systems (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS).
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and modern computer imaging/provisioning (e.g., Jamf, Google Zero-Touch, Mosyle).
• Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and wireless troubleshooting.
• Hold and maintain a valid Iowa driver’s license.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Salary & Benefits

• Parttime, 8 hrs / 104/260 days
