Job summary

Central Rivers Area Education Agency (CRAEA) – Northwest Sector in Clear Lake, IA is seeking a School Technology Specialist I to assess, maintain, and support the technology infrastructure and educational tools across assigned schools. The role focuses on ensuring an uninterrupted learning environment through proactive maintenance.

The candidate should have a degree in IT or two years of related experience, experience with Google Admin Console, multiple OS, MDM platforms (Jamf, Mosyle, Google

Qualifications

Degree in information technology or related field or two years of experience in computer technology support.
Experience with Google Admin Console and multiple computer and mobile device operating systems (Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, iOS).
Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and modern computer imaging/provisioning (e.g., Jamf, Google Zero-Touch, Mosyle).
Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and wireless troubleshooting.
Hold and maintain a valid Iowa driver’s license.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
