Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time vehicle driver to transport students and volunteers to and from the LifeWise site. The role requires punctuality, reliability, and a clean driving record.

Candidates must embrace a mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise's Statement of Faith and actively participate in a local church. CDL with passenger endorsement is required for 15+ seating; 15-passenger van requires no special license. Background check and MVR are required.

Qualifications

• Must align with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith and partake in local church.
• Maintain a clean driving record and pass all background and MVR checks.
• Hold valid driver’s license; CDL-P is required for larger seating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refuel as needed.
• Create a safe environment for children and enforce rules.
• Assist students entering/exiting and monitor behavior; volunteer in classroom if advised.
