LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time LifeWise vehicle driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for public school students to and from LifeWise. The role emphasizes responsibility, punctuality, and a clean driving record.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid driver's license and meet background check requirements, with mature Christian faith aligned to LifeWise beliefs and active church involvement. CDL/P endorsements are considered for larger vehicles as noted.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy beliefs.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise beliefs.
• Regular driver's license held for the past three years.
• CDL/endorsement requirements may apply for larger vehicles (P endorsement).
• Age 21–80 years; filings for drivers over 75 may be required.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or citations in 5 years.
• Must pass background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws.
• Maintain the cleanliness and mechanical safety of the bus.
• Perform regular inspections of the bus.
• Refuel the vehicle as needed.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for children; enforce safety rules and assist students.
• Volunteer in the LifeWise classroom if agreed upon with the Director.
