The SLP will provide direct therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders, conduct diagnostic evaluations under IDEA, and lead IEP development with measurable goals.

Qualifications

• Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA-accredited program.
• ALSDE Professional Educator Certificate (Class A) required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY with supervision may be considered.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy to articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations under IDEA and determine eligibility for services.
• Lead IEP development with measurable goals and progress tracking.
• Maintain a small-to-mid-size part-time caseload and complete annual reviews.
• Collaborate with teachers to provide language-rich strategies for diverse learners.
• Complete all documentation in SETS with 100% compliance.
