Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time, school-based role in Grove Hill, AL. The position supports Clarke County Schools and focuses on helping students overcome communication barriers within a rural setting.

The SLP will perform direct therapy, participate in IEP development, conduct evaluations, and document progress in the SETS system. A Master’s in SLP and Alabama credentials are required; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ALSDE Class A educator certificate required.
• CCC-SLP certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with IEP development and school-based services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted speech and language therapy to students as per IEPs.
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings and draft measurable goals.
• Administer standardized assessments for eligibility in special education.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate communication strategies.
• Document progress and service minutes in the SETS system.
• Provide supervision to SLPA/CFY if required.
