Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Clayton, Alabama, on a part-time basis in a school setting. The SLP will deliver direct therapy, perform screenings and evaluations, and collaborate with the special education team to advocate for every child's communication needs.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an ALSDE Class A certificate, and preferably CCC-SLP from ASHA, with CFY considered under

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Valid ALSDE Professional Educator Certificate (Class A) is required.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA is preferred, CFY may be considered with supervision.
• Experience in a school setting or pediatric clinical setting is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality direct therapy to K-12 students in a school-based setting.
• Conduct screenings and diagnostic evaluations to determine service eligibility.
• Develop measurable IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement classroom strategies and accommodations.
• Maintain compliant documentation of progress, service logs, and evaluations.
• Provide guidance to parents and staff on speech and language development.
