Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CFY considered) to support students from 3rd grade through high school in a contract role. The work includes on-site and teletherapy services, with a flexible two-day, ~15-hour week and collaboration with school staff to enhance student outcomes.

The position starts immediately and runs through May 19, 2027, offering meaningful impact within a welcoming educational community and a diverse caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP or CFY considered).
• Valid SLP licensure for school settings.
• Experience delivering both in-person and teletherapy services preferred.
• Experience working with upper elementary through high school students.
• Solid understanding of IEP process and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students in 3rd grade through high school.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Deliver speech-language services on campus and via teletherapy as needed.
• Complete all documentation, including progress reports and case records.
• Communicate regularly with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
