Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract role supporting students in a California school district, joining a collaborative, supportive team.

Requirements include a Master’s in SLP, California licensure or eligibility, CCC or CFY encouraged, and ability to serve school-aged children onsite and via teletherapy.

Compensation from $47.53 to $67.53 per hour with benefits, flexible scheduling, and mentorship for CFY and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences.
• Current SLP licensure in California (or eligibility for licensure).
• CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience or strong interest in serving school-aged children.
• Ability to deliver therapy onsite and via teletherapy platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assess students’ speech and language needs.
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, in-person and through teletherapy as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Actively participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
