Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a contract-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school setting. The role is in-person, with a light caseload of 9–10 hours per week, contributing to a supportive student support team.

Qualified candidates have a Master’s in SLP and CCC‑SLP (or CFY eligibility), state licensure or ability to obtain, and prior school-based or pediatric experience. Collaboration with teachers and families is essential to advance students' communication goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility
• Valid state license or ability to obtain before start
• Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs
• Deliver therapy sessions in-person to meet student needs
• Document progress and maintain detailed case notes per school protocols
• Consult with staff SLPs, teachers, and families to foster student success
• Contribute innovative strategies to address caseload needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
