Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support elementary students across 2-3 buildings, with some middle school work. Full-time contract with a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold CCC-SLP or CFY, licensure, and experience in school or healthcare settings; teletherapy is welcome. You will assess and treat speech, language, swallowing disorders and participate in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field for SLPs.
• Current or eligible state licensure/certification for SLP/SLPA.
• CCC-SLP, eligible CFY, or SLPA with school/healthcare background.
• Strong communication and adaptability for in-person and teletherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students, with some middle school.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Conduct screenings/evaluations, document progress, participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support inclusion.
