Job summary

Soliant is seeking a contract Speech-Language Pathologist to serve high school students in a school-based setting. The role supports speech-language pathology services onsite or through teletherapy, collaborating with educators and families to advance communication goals.

The position emphasizes development of IEPs, comprehensive documentation, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid state license and ASHA SLP-CCC certification are required.
• Experience with pediatric populations in schools is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders for high school students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Provide speech-language therapy services in person or via secure teletherapy systems.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
