Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to support Athens City Schools. The role involves evaluating and diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing individual therapy plans, and collaborating with educators and families to maximize student outcomes.

Responsibilities include implementing IEPs, maintaining records, and coordinating with school staff to ensure carryover of therapy gains.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Alabama State SLP license required.
• Alabama Professional Educator Certificate with SLP endorsement preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students with speech and language disorders.
