Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a school setting in Athens, GA. You will administer evaluations, develop and implement therapy plans, provide speech and language services, monitor progress, and collaborate with teams to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active (or eligible) Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Active (or eligible) GaPSC certification, as required for school-based assignment.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to assigned students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and data.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication and learning.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to service recommendations.
• Maintain confidential student records in compliance with regulations.
