Ampersand Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based caseload in Phenix City, AL. You will evaluate and diagnose speech and language disorders, design individualized therapy plans, and work with educators and families to maximize student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Alabama ASHA certification is required.
• Alabama Educator SLP Certificate; candidate may start with this pending.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• School-based experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Conducts evaluation of students with speech and language disorders.
• Evaluates and diagnoses speech and language disorders; develops therapy plans.
• Collaborates with educators and families to support carryover of communication skills.
• Maintains student records and progress reports.
• Coordinates services with other school programs and staff.
