Job summary

YMCA of Reading and Berks County is seeking a part-time School Age Site Supervisor to lead our Before & After School Program at Schuylkill Valley Elementary School in Fleetwood, PA. The role involves supervising 4–8 staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality youth programming.

The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong administrative skills, and background checks.

Qualifications

• Criminal history and child abuse background checks completed.
• Urine drug screening required.
• Current American Red Cross CPR & First Aid certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of 4–8 program staff.
• Maintain accurate participant and staff documentation.
• Coordinate program hours, staffing schedules, and daily operations.
• Promote the program within the community to increase participation.
• Assist in developing additional middle school programs, events, and fundraising.
• Stay informed on trends in middle school programming.
