Job summary

Trinity Health Mercy LIFE Valley View is seeking a part-time Scheduler to coordinate and manage participant appointments and interpreter services. This role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills and offers a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Responsible for maintaining schedules, contacting caregivers, and collaborating with transportation and care teams. Training for ASL is provided, with opportunities for growth within the Mercy LIFE program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year scheduling and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and schedules external appointments for participants.
• Coordinates Interpreter services for participants.
• Reminds participants/caregivers of upcoming appointments.
• Collaborates with transportation, center staff and caregivers on schedules.
• Maintains accurate participant schedules and plan-of-care details.
• Notifies managers of scheduling changes needing physician orders.
• Records all scheduling changes daily.
