Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Idaho is seeking a part-time Scheduler to oversee client service scheduling, manage staffing assignments, and ensure compliance with agency policies. The role supports in-home care, coordinating shifts and maintaining confidentiality of client and employee information.

The position offers flexibility with hours, opportunities for advancement, and ongoing training. Candidates should be able to pick up shifts and handle high call volumes while delivering respectful, quality

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in staffing or scheduling preferred.
• Ability to handle high call and messaging volume.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedules for services requested by clients.
• Monitor overtime and mileage records of employees.
• Provide direction to direct care staff to ensure safe coverage of client needs.
• Maintain adequate numbers of on-call staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and employee records.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate


• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, this is a MUST


• Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler


• Ability to pick up shifts for more hours outside of scheduling


• Able to work under pressure


• Able to handle high call/messaging volume

What you will be doing:

• Maintain schedules for services requested by clients

Salary Range:

• $20/Hr-$22/HR
