• Maintain schedules for services requested by clients.
• Monitor overtime and mileage records of employees.
• Provide direction to direct care employees to ensure safe and effective coverage of client needs.
• Maintain adequate numbers of available on-call staff.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job, respecting client and employee records.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler
